Here’s what you can expect as the magic of Christmas surrounds you on our hour-long walk-through experience for both adults and children.

Part 1

Magical Ice Cave

Your adventure begins deep within the Magical Ice Cave, a sparkling frozen wonder hidden along the snowy Christmas trail.

Surrounded by shimmering lights, frosted crystals and icy magic, you’ll discover the Wishing Well of Winter, where children (and adults!) can make a special Christmas wish before sending it on its magical journey to the North Pole.

After all, Santa is always listening… especially at Christmas.

Part 2

Village

Next, wander into our beautifully themed Christmas Village, where every doorway holds a surprise, every window glows with festive cheer and the scent of Christmas fills the air.

Inside this magical indoor village, you’ll discover enchanting places including:

• The Sugarplum & Sprinkles Bakery: enjoy one of our famous festive mince pies while little ones receive a sweet treat.
• The Giggly Elf Pub: warm up with a comforting hot chocolate or a delicious alcohol-free mulled wine, lovingly served by Santa’s cheerful elves.

Part 3

Distribution

Welcome to the bustling heart of the North Pole, where Santa’s hardworking elves are busy preparing for Christmas Eve.

Surrounded by stacks of presents, busy workbenches and festive excitement, you’ll even spot Santa’s sleigh, polished and ready for its journey around the world.

While you’re here, little helpers can:

• Create their own magical reindeer food to take home for Christmas Eve.
• Write a letter to Santa and post it in the official North Pole post-box.

Every great Christmas adventure needs a few helping hands, and Santa’s elves are counting on yours.

Part 4

The Enchanted Winter Forest

Your journey now leads you through the beautiful Enchanted Winter Forest on your way to Santa’s Workshop.

Stroll beneath sparkling trees, wander through magical snow drifts and keep your eyes peeled along the path, because you never know where a cheeky elf might be hiding!

With festive surprises around every corner and Christmas magic all around, it’s the perfect final stretch before meeting the man himself.

Part 5

Meet Santa

The moment you’ve been waiting for has arrived.

Step inside Santa’s cosy workshop and enjoy a truly magical visit with Father Christmas himself.

Take time to chat, share your Christmas wishes and hear a little North Pole wisdom from the man in red before capturing a magical photo together to remember your visit.

Santa’s been known to hand out a few special surprises for well-behaved visitors… so bring your best smile and your Christmas spirit!

Part 6

Santa’s Toy Shop

Before the journey comes to an end, make one final stop at Santa’s Toy Shop.

Filled with twinkling lights and shelves overflowing with magical treasures, this festive shop is where each child can choose their very own Christmas gift, carefully selected by Santa and his elves.

From cuddly companions to creative surprises, there’s something special waiting for every child.

Don’t forget to peek at the shelves… you never know what elf-made surprises are tucked in between!
