How to redeem your discount

You don’t need to pro-book. Just arrive and show your membership card to our team member at the reception to redeem your half price discount, with the purchase of at least 1 child or toddler ticket.

• Half-price adult entry applies to the Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service holder only.
• A minimum of 1 child or toddler ticket must be purchased alongside the discounted adult ticket.
• Valid in store only — pre-booked tickets cannot be used to redeem this offer.
• Your valid Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service membership must be shown at the till when purchasing your tickets.
• Valid for regular farm admission only.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with school visits, parties, events or group bookings.
