Animal Encounters at Mini Meadows Farm
10 June 2025Get up close and personal with some of our most fascinating farm residents during our daily Animal Encounters! These interactive sessions offer a unique opportunity to meet and learn about a variety of animals in a hands-on and memorable way. From the gentle charm of our Rabbits and Guinea Pigs to the intriguing world of African Millipedes and the slow-paced life of Tank, our Hermann’s Tortoise, each encounter is a chance to discover something new. You might even meet our friendly Chickens!
Please note that animal encounters are subject to change and vary from day to day to ensure the well-being of our animals. To find out which encounters are happening during your visit, be sure to check the screens at the farm entrance when you arrive.

The EAFRD has helped support the expansion of Mini Meadows Farm with funding towards our Events barn, creating an overflow car park, tarmacking the existing car park, installing a mains sewage system and creating pathways around the farm.
