This May half-term, Mini Meadows Farm is the place to be for hands-on animal fun and outdoor family adventures. From Saturday 24th May to Sunday 1st June, we’re offering a week full of animal encounters, exciting activities, and plenty of ways for little ones to explore and learn.

Throughout the day from 10am to 4pm, visitors can meet our friendly goat kids and lambs, as well as our adorable and fluffy chicks and guinea pigs. Guests can also get up close to some fascinating creepy crawlies at our new ‘Explorers Outpost’ attraction with daily talks about these animals by our expert animal care team.

At 1pm daily, you can watch our staff feed the calves and don’t miss the chance to meet Doris the pig and her piglets. You can also visit the rabbits in their pens, and say hello to our Irish Donkeys. One of the highlights of the week will be our alpaca shearing demonstration on Wednesday 28th May at approximately 3pm – a fascinating and fun event for all ages!

When it’s time to take a break, families can relax in our picnic area or let the kids run wild in our large outdoor play zone, sandpit, and Treetops Indoor Play Area.

Before you leave, don’t forget to visit our ice cream parlour for a sweet treat! Choose a classic Mr Whippy with your favourite toppings and sauces, indulge in a Ben & Jerry’s, or cool off with a fruity slushie – a delicious way to end the day.

There’s no need to book in advance, but you can save by pre-booking online. Entry is just £11.95 when booked in advance online, or £12.50 if you pay on the gate.
