From February 25th 2019 – mid-April
Sessions throughout the day
Join us this spring at Mini Meadows Farm to bottle-feed our lovely little lambs. Come and meet our other cute newborn animals in the baby barn, explore our huge indoor play area, The Treetops, and of course don’t forget our other larger animals will be waiting to meet you.
Bottle-feeding the lambs starts mid-February and continues for a good 8 weeks, 7 days a week. We feed the lambs throughout the day, but to begin with in the first few weeks we have a limited number of bottles per session (when the lambs are really small, they naturally cannot drink/eat as much).
Sessions last approximately 15 mins and we ask that you are at the lamb pens 5 minutes before your session starts. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Normal farm entry price (£5 per child/adult and under-twos free) plus £1 per bottle.
PRE-BOOKING: Bottle-feeding the lambs is very popular. To avoid disappointment, please phone us on 07824 393517 from 9am the morning you are planning to visit us, in order to reserve a bottle for one of our feeding sessions that day.
19th – 22nd April
Join us for some hopping fun throughout the Easter Bank Holiday weekend at our Easter Extravaganza! We’ve got lots of eggciting fun and games planned for the whole family. Take part in our egg and spoon races for little and long legs, go on a bunny hunt and hold our cute chicks and ducklings. Get crafty and make a sock bunny, let our face painter transform you into your favourite animal and bottle feed our little lambs. Normal farm entry price plus tokens (£1 each) to take part in the activities.
MOTHER’S DAY AFTERNOON TEA
31st March 2019
Spend quality time together this Mother’s Day and join us at Mini Meadows Farm for afternoon tea and some simple good family fun. Enjoy a selection of beautifully presented savoury sandwiches followed by delicious homemade scones and cakes, and of course a lovely cup of tea (or coffee if you prefer). We’ll even have some thoughtful Mother’s Day themed activities at your table to keep your little ones entertained and mums smiling.
And if you’d like to visit the farm park to meet and feed our lovely animals after or even before you’ve enjoyed your scrummy afternoon tea, we’ll give every child in your party a complimentary bucket of animal feed and a bottle ticket for one of our lamb bottle-feeding sessions that day. Come and make some special memories!
Please note, tickets for afternoon tea must be pre-booked and do not include farm park entry. £14.95 per person. Minimum two people, maximum five people per table.
