Are you looking for something a bit different for your child’s birthday party? A birthday party at Mini Meadows Farm is the perfect place for you, your child, and their friends, to make wonderful memories and experience the fun of a farm.

For £12.95 per child, Mini Meadows Farm birthday parties include exclusive use of the purpose-built party room for a two hour slot, farm entry for party guests and up to two adults per child, unlimited time in the farm park and on the play areas during opening hours, and a birthday lunch bag and animal feed bucket for every child. Birthday parties are available to book 7 days a week, all year round, allowing children to experience the farm in every season.

The party room is a great space, with a beautiful hand painted mural on the walls and double doors with views out across the farm so you can even see the animals when you’re inside! It’s large enough for up to 25 children (plus parents) and is a lovely space to decorate in your chosen theme and enjoy the party lunch, play games and cut the cake. You can choose from two time slots for your child’s birthday party: 10.30am-12.30pm or 1.30-3.30pm.

Costs

Mini Meadows Farm birthday parties are excellent value for money and provide memories that last. Cost per child is £12.95 (minimum £100 charge) and includes:

Entry for party guest and up to 2 adults per child
Room hire of the party room
Unlimited time in the farm park during opening hours
A free animal food bucket for every child
Birthday lunch bag for every child (5 items)
Handle the guinea pigs and rabbits
Play on the farm including pedal tractors, indoor sandpit, outdoor wooden play area, and the fantastic indoor play area, The Treetops

Party bags are available for an additional £2 per party bag, and contain a farm sticker activity book, chocolate, a 25-piece jigsaw puzzle and crayons.

Picnic Bag food choices (any 5 from the following list):

Sandwich – ham, cheese or jam

Drink – water, fruit shoot (orange or blackcurrant), orange or apple juice

Crisps – pom bears, quavers or wotsits

Other items – cheese portion, raisins, apple, banana, frube yoghurt, penguin biscuit

Other details

You are more than welcome to bring along a birthday cake and food for the adults.
Parties are for a minimum of 10 children.
£50 deposit is required at booking (non refundable) and the balance is payable on the day of the party.
Mini Meadows Farm cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to clothing or belongings. The party room is not locked during the party and as such, parents are responsible for ensuring that belongings are safe.
All of Mini Meadows Farm birthday party staff are trained and CRB checked, and there is always a first aider on site.
The eating time is not supervised by Mini Meadows Farm staff.
Please ensure that the children are dressed for the weather conditions – wellies and waterproofs for rainy conditions are a must, and sun cream for warmer weather.
Season tickets cannot be used when booking or attending birthday parties.
