Happy, Healthy Hens
Our breeding stock has been gathered from the countries top breeders over the years. We incubate and supply fertile hatching eggs nationwide from the rare breeds listed on our website. Using only state-of-the-art equipment we ensure that the best results and full care is taken from incubation to fully grown adult birds.
All of our birds range freely in large grassy enclosure and they are raised and fed on the best poultry diet. We also undergo a rigorous worming and vaccination regime for all our breeding and reared stock, ensuring that you collect birds in perfect health. The vaccination programme for the young birds takes 16 weeks to complete, and we will only supply birds that have completed the full programme. See our vaccination programme for further details.
If you have any queries at all, please feel free to contact us via the contact page or by phone and we will be glad to help.
If you are not sure which chicken is right for you, come and have a look. We are always available to show you around but please phone to arrange a suitable time.
Hatching Eggs
We take every care to ensure that fertile hatching eggs arrive with you “fresh” and in a safe condition. Only once we receive your order do we start the process of collecting your eggs, and we will contact you on the day of despatch.
We are though, in the hands of mother nature, and cannot demand that the hens produce to order (although our girls are normally very obliging!), so please understand that at times, a slight delay may occur.
We package the eggs very carefully, label as fragile and send via the most cost effective guaranteed delivery service. However we cannot, I am afraid, accept liability for damaged eggs although I am glad to say that the majority of our egg deliveries arrive intact.
